Default expat children

I have been advising expats ( I am one myself ! ) for some years now as to how best to deal with the hugely expensive process of paying for one's children at University stage. My younger son obtained a good degree from Oxford but not content with that he has now embarked on a 2nd degree and plans to take that to MA stage. My guess is that he'll be a full time student until he's age 30! And meanwhile he remains on the family "pay-roll". So far we have managed to avoid the pitfall of his having logged up student loans or any other form of debt. In fact he has a chunk of money set aside for when he does eventually start "work" ! To achieve this good state of affairs is within the capacity of many expats. if they plan early enough.
