living in vietnam...saigon

hi.....can anyone tell me where abouts in saigon would be a good place to live. I am an esl teacher and will be moving over in november with my husband and 10 yo. I would want to be paying around $600pm and would prefer a place with a pool .Would this be hard to come across? Any help would be appreciated.
