American businessman David likes the inexpensive cost of living in Montevideo, Uruguay

David is an American expat who owns his own company and lives in a high-end area of Montevideo, Uruguay's capital, a place where he says the positives vastly outweigh the negatives. The quality of consumer goods is agreeable and the people are friendlier and more honest than in some other places he's been to.
